I never thought that I would actually look forward to dentist appointments, but I do since we started going to Dr. Nielson. He's so honest and so professional.....but the best thing about him is his warm and friendly personality. The staff at Silverstone is the best!
Dr. Nielsen and his staff are very caring people along with being very professional and knowledgeable. On both my visits I have felt very comfortable and secure with the services provided. I feel the Dr. Nielsen does not recommend any unnecessary procedures and concentrates on what is best for his patients.

A great visit, went like clockwork. This was the best cleaning and checkup I have ever had. They detected the problem I had and recommended corrective action. I have found what I have been looking for my dental care.
My hygienist was great; very thorough and explained everything very clearly. She was super friendly and kind too. Front desk person was very polite and professional.
Dr. Nielsen and his staff are the best in the Springs! When I relocated to Colorado from New York, I came to him with a "mouth full of trouble." I needed several fillings and 4 crowns! He fixed my teeth beautifully and eliminated my pain completely. I am forever grateful to him for his fine skills!
