Dr. Marshall and his staff are always present, professional and we’ll informed. I have a complicating disorder few doctors consider in my treatment. Dr. Marshall continues to include possible implications. Makes all the difference in both my trust as a patient and the best possible care outcomes.
Dr. Marshall was very accommodating to me during a challenging time (covid-19 — Spring ‘20) allowing me go through with elective surgery to remove screws and plate from my fracture repair. He reconstructed my ankle from a complex and long spiral fracture, including a ligament and tendon repair as well. He was clear about his reasoning for his chosen timelines from initial surgery through recovery, to follow up hardware removal surgery.
I met Dr. Marshall at Overlake Hospital following a trip to the ER after a fall down 6 outdoor steps resulting in 3 fractured rib and the left scapula. He reviewed my injuries and recovery process at the hospital and thenin his Issaquah office. He listened, explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and has a GREAT sense of humor, just when I needed it most. He also gave me a referral on another issue. I am SO impressed.
Clearly discussed options. Provided excellent care and concern. Excellent staff.
