Dr. Marshall treated my dad for a broken shoulder. He had taken the time to contact my brother who is also a physician to discuss my dad's case. My brother left the conversation feeling that our dad was in great hands. During our first visit, Dr. Marshall was out of the office that day, but had his PA text message him a copy of the x-ray. Appreciated how you made yourself available for a call up front and answered all my questions including difficult ones about risks and malreductions. You answered clearly and precisely and without conceit. And then of course I appreciated the actual surgery and post op, again very clear explanations and context, and recommendations
He took time with us until we thoroughly understood what to expect, and had a friendly manner.

I had a very unexpected incident happen that required immediate surgery. I was blessed to have Dr Marshall as my surgeon. I was able to leave the hospital in rapid time completely pain free.
