Alvaro Sandoval is the worst Real Estate agent I have ever had to deal with. He does not return your calls or reply to your emails or respond to your text messages he receives from your agent. Don't even bother to submitt an offer for any property he has listed because he will never contact you or your agent to let you know if your offer was accepted or not.
