I have been very happy with Sigora since my panels were installed 3 years ago. My bills have been minimal and I have only paid a small administrative charge most months. Recently, my system stopped functioning properly. A Sigora technician came out and ascertained that one of the wires had been damaged by a squirrel. The technician fixed the problem and my system is working properly. My recent bill was $****.

I been dealing with Sigora since November 2021 its May of 2022 and still have NO panels in my house. Talked to so many people like Raj a boss and they still havent done anything about it. If I don't call them they won't call me. With any updates now its been six months and my contract is expired well this should of been taken care of 6 months ago. Bad customer servise.

They lie about the cost they told me my payment would be ***** a month and that included my electric bill ! Got my bill and it was ***** for so long then ***** for the rest of the loan with a one time payment of ******* ! Then I was told if the power went out during the day I could run off of my solar nope they shut down when you lose your power ! I have nothing but praise for Sigora Solar. Sigora installed a huge solar system on my residence two years ago. They did everything that was promised. The solar system is working perfectly. The various departments I spoke with as the work progressed and completed was on schedule and everyone was friendly, competent and helpful with my concerns. Today, the system is running at full capacity as designed. Sigora Solar is a class act, A 5 star company. I highly recommend doing business with them.

After the sales pitch that is when things go south, once it is out of the sales reps hands, it is far from what we were promised or made out to believe. We had our solar panels installed and then the Sigora team continued to demonstrate their lack of effort for resolving anything that they needed to resolve. Everything from ensuring the permits were taken care of to scheduling inspections. They stood up the county inspectors TWICE! MY PROCESS STARTED IN LATE APRIL.ITS BEEN A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY THE WAY I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.I GOT A PANEL UPGRADE DO TO SOLAR INSTALL AND WE ARE IN THE THIRD WEEK OF OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE TEMPORARY UTILITY SERVICE CONNECTED. This is not a company I would recommend to a friend. Solar panels were installed on our roof by Sigora on 29 June. An on-site decision by Sigora to change the panels' layout on the roof (the need for which was obvious in the initial panel layout drawing) required Sigora to seek a building permit amendment from Albemarle County after the permit for the system had been approved by the County.
