We paid over ******* for our system, which has been in less than a year. They wired it wrong and have had to come back multiple times- it takes months to get a response from anyone, and the system still isn't running at full production or as designed. They also neglected to inform us about some key abilities of the battery back up. I had to pay $350 for a service call at one point to get them to come out. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity.

I have read all the complaints of the Sigoras unhappy customers but that has not been my experience. Before I share my personal experience I want to explain that I chose Sigora over another mid-size local solar company because it was dedicated to solar and the other company had been bought by a petroleum company, which I felt was a conflict of interest. They are scammers they will take your money and run you will never hear from Sigora again. Had panels installed in June 2022 and its a year later and nothing. They wont answer the phone they screen calls and wont answer. Ill be getting in touch with a lawyer soon this is ridiculous. And to see the reviews on here stating that people paid for panels and their checks cleared and they dont have them yet is insane this company should be closed down and a lawsuit filed against them.

Contracted with Sigora last fall to get panels on my home in ********. The bank paid the initial deposit and I never got panels installed, or even an install date scheduled. I have made 4 loan repayments to date (many more to come). They do not reply to emails or answer phone calls. Pretty sure they are out of business. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Absolutely horrible company, they lie through their teeth about solar. Solar is total ********. Your bill is the same, the state takes first 25%. All you get is an extra $150 bill every month. You get a $12,000 tax credit which is ********.The state takes from you and you get nothing from them. ****** is a total scumbag

I would plead with anyone thinking about getting Solar to not use this company. I worked as a subcontractor for them for about 15 months. Every month I had to pretty much beg them to pay me the invoices they had from me. All the while, when at their customers houses, defending them for the shotty work they do. As of November of last year I had to tell them to stop scheduling me jobs because they were six months behind in invoices. I had a horrible experience with Sigora Solar. Now two years later *** made numerous calls which are forwarded to voicemails, which I never get call backs! I need my TAX FORMS AND I CANT GET A CALL BACK NOR ANYONE TO EMAIL BACK!! *** LEFT NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS AT ACCOUNTING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMAILS, TEXT WITHOUT A RESPONSE. DISGUSTING COMPANY!!

Back in September of 2022 I purchased solar panels, from sigora solar in **********,everything seems great until they stop the project after installation, never heard back from them I never got the permission to operate from my electric company ****** they have zero information of me having solar panels, my finance company Mosaic keep telling me they can't help me with this, they have been trying to get off hold of them as well and no answer, so now I'm stuck with paying solar panels that don't work $36, thousand dollars Peo... read more

Sigora Solar installed my panels in July 2022, and one is dead and the other 19 are producing 50% of what they said they would do. On several occasions, I have called, emailed, and have not received any response. Terrible customer service, and a terrible system. I want a refund !
