I was fairly satisfied with Sigora's prices, installation, and original customer service. I have owned my system about 1.5 years. The first problem was they never came back and covered and seeded the trench. After complaining about that I settled with them monetarily. This past Christmas Eve we had a severe cold snap and the power was out for a couple of days. I had some connectivity questions. I called Sigora, they took a message and said someone would call back. If Sigora were the last solar company on earth, I would find someone to install wind turbines. They are unreliable, deceptive, incompetent, and inattentive. The are late on almost every deliverable, and rarely communicate until you escalate for multiple days or weeks. I wouldnt recommend Sigora to my worst enemy because that would be cruel and unusual punishment. Some high points of the experience:1. Sigora does not stand by their product. When they are contacted to rectify a situation they misrepresent the communication that the have with the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have poor customer service and give you the run around when you try to reach out to them.
The energy audit completed by *****, ******, and **** was great. They were very efficient, professional, and although they arrived before the scheduled appointment time, they patiently waited for me to come home.
From the beginning of this process was a great experience. I got the referral from my neighbor & from the moment I contact the sales agent, it was all explained very well & from there it all began with installation on a Saturday all of which took about 4.5 hours, then on to inspection & as of today I powered up my panels. Overall I am very happy with Sigora. My 1 and only drawback is having to provide access to monthly drafts, which I prefer not to do but otherwise I am happy & have no complaints.
We are very pleased with Sigora. They have been diligent, thorough, polite, explain things, and clean up well. They even gave us a better plan for our electric problems than our own usual electrician.
Sigora installed 10 panels on our garage, Years later they were very helpful in sorting out an issue replacing the 3G Enphase modem with a 4G when Enphase was being difficult. Much appreciated
