I am appalled at the treatment that we have received at the hands of the management at Sharon Crossing Apartments, a property managed by Bell Partners. My unit was vandalized shortly after move in during an attempted break-in. After this incident, we complained about the lack lighting around the unit that made it susceptible to break-in or vandalism. Our comments and suggestions were dismissed at that time. This organization used to maintain ****** ***** apartments in St Louis,MO-63146 for a while. Maintenance is very very poor and management is irresponsible. Always says short of people to maintain. IMPORTANT is we have a bee complain in our patio and they says its not our problem. they put a hole into the apartment and all they did is close the hole with a piece of wood. we have to put work requests multiple times as they used to say no open requests when we tried to follow up after a week.
