Do not live in a Bell Partners owned rental! This company took over for my previous rental management agency two weeks ago, and that is all it took for me to cancel my lease. Hundreds of dollars worth of fees is worth getting away from this unorganized and flat out rude service. Here is a list of the complaints I have compiled in two short weeks: 1. Bell took over our complex in 2016. They renamed it to The Landings at Four Corners. Well after that the complex started to slowly go down hill. Big dogs, Loud parties at the pool with no control of who did or didn't live there. The grounds aren't nearly as well maintained. Then look out they really get you when you move out! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Bell Partners, Inc. is one of the worst apartment management companies out there and is an absolute joke. Do not live here!!!!! I have had so many issues with management and really entitled residents that live here. I have had my car towed for no reason but yet management is not the one that handles this. They leave it up to residents to call on each others cars to get towed. Bell Partners, Inc. is one of the worst apartment management companies out there. For a year I lived at one of the properties managed by Bell Partners in Texas. I have had a horrible experience with the regional and community managers. Omirah was rude and abrupt and the regional manager, Dina R****, was even worse. In August 2017, my husband and I began an online application to lease an apartment at the Shirlington House property, which we did not complete, so never submitted. We were alarmed when we realized that the sales rep (or someone else who had access) had already obtained credit reports on us and had our checking account debited!! Bell Partners, Inc. is one of the worst apartment management companies out there, I lived at one of the properties managed by Bell Partners last yea (***** ***** **********, Arlington, TX). Since I moved in the service has been the worst. I cant sleep at night or relax due to the lous noises coming from the people upstairs. There flooring is so bad we can hear every step they take. On top of that every step sounds like someone is stomping. They got tired of me calling so they disabled there curtesy officer. Going to hand this over to our lawyer
I have dealt with this company on two separate properties, and on both properties the management team has proven to be incompetent and unable to properly report lease information/ billing information. My first experience, I moved out of the apartment but was replaced by a new tenant and I signed a Tenant release clause. Only to be contacted 8 months later by a collection agency on behalf of Bell due to damages to an apartment that I no longer legally could be held liable for.
