We have come up for renewal at the Vantage at Spring Creek apartments in Richardson, TX and I will say, they are attempting robbery. Rent is going up about 300 dollars for us and NOTHING has been done to correct or fix the property since they acquired it. Promenade Parkway a Bell Property. Is unelevated living, has unless mgmt, weed smoke 24/7, dirty hallways and thin floors and walls. My vast complaints about no quite hours has been disregarded. 1x xall to the police and 5 calls to mgmt. Just moved in and already waiting for the lease to end. Nonstop problems and absolutely terrible service. Received the apartment with a broken front door lock, broken patio lock, broken toilet, broken washer, and who knows what will else will happen. It has only been 1 month… A “gated community” where the gate never works and is always open is completely useless. I vacated one of their communities in Dec 2021 (Hudson Highhouse in Cary). I was told that their billing system is in transition and they will send me a final statement - which they never did. So i called in to get a final statement and requested to refund $350 security deposit minus any move out charges. Apparently they have sold the community to a different company and the new company says that they can't do anything as i don't have a contract with them. We have mold in our apartment and they refuse to fix it/what's causing it and/or release us from our lease. We have a baby and mold is obviously affecting our quality of life. They don't care, just about getting money from you. There are sooo many more issues with this place as well.

The new management are Racist towards African American specially ****. They totally discriminate if your colored person. My neighbor is a white person theyre rent didn’t go up when it was time to renew the first year. Meanwhile they tried to raise my rent up by 200 I had to plea with ******** one of the managers to help me she finally brought it down to about $45 more a month. Never answer the phones. Never answer emails. Never said we'd move in and they advanced my Application fee to the screening process and charged me $200.! Had to drive from Hendersonville to Asheville just to speak to someone!

I and my roommate were supposed to be resident's at Anson at the Lakes. We have been through a huge hassle with your leasing office and the employees who work for you. We originally were working with Stephanie throughout this process. To start off, we were originally supposed to move in at Anson July 14.
