Nancy and the lady who did my eye brows (wish I would have caught her name) provided amazing service. My nails look amazing and my eyebrows are even. I will continue to come here. I felt so welcome! Thank you ladies for the excellent service!
I used to love this place and have been a client here for over a year but the last two times I have come I keep having problems with how thin they make my acrylics. After having this happen twice and loosing 4 nails in 2 weeks I decided to go else where to get a new set. While the girl at the new salon was removing the set the Signature Nails put on we discovered I had fungus growing under one nail not only was it disgusting and embarrassing to discover this it also makes me question the sanitation practices here as I have n... read more
Worst customer service I've ever had. My nails were done sloppily, and when I went to get them fixed, the manager spent 5 minutes yelling at me in front of a line of customers because I told him they were sloppy. Ugly nails and public humiliation. I'll never be back here again.
Went in yesterday for the second time and I had the worst experience. My nail lady was fine and did an okay job on my nails but the worst part is the service you get. Everyone there treats you like they're doing you a favor. Tony, the owner, decided to start yelling at one of the clients because some of her friends where late and it made everyone in that room extremely uncomfortable.
