properly sanitized. never had an issue w service here. I feel that most people would agree on that pricing is cheaper than other spa services. i am a loyal customer here. have been most of this summer until meow.

Made an appointment with my best friend to get our nails done and we both left unhappy. Not only was it rushed but they didn't do that good of job. My nails were not done correctly if was all rushed the lady didnt even listen to what i wanted just went on doing what she wanted and it was really sloppy i hsve bubbles in the paint the design did not came out all sloppy. I love my nails. I only go to lisa or Nina .....I understand if their late too just never know what will happen with every client before us ...I love the fact that they apologize. ....

They've went downhill over the past year. They don't even allow the customer to sit in the pedicure chair to let their nails dry, even though there's about 5 other pedicure chairs that are empty... it's ridiculous...
