They don't honor appointments! If it's important to you to get in or a special occasion like your wedding go to a place that respects your time I'll never return here again
This place needs to have customer service training immediately. Specially with the nail techs and how they should act and be whenever there is a misunderstanding in anything with a customer! They need to learn how to fix the issue instead of being completely rude,react dramatically and unprofessional to someone and go as far as to say someone is behaving 'uneducated' how??? Horrible place . Worst service ever !!! They need to be shut tf down
The OWNER, Tony is very unprofessional & treats his customers awful. This establishment used to be a great salon. But Tony's FAT head has really gotten the best of him. He argues with the customers, treats his most loyal of employees like "sweat-shop" workers & tells his best paying customers that if they don't like the service they are receiving then to leave, because he doesn't need or want their business!
