I made an appointment at 4:30 and all they did was sit me down with my hand in acetone for an hour and 24min. And then my mom made an appointment at 5:15, but they started calling other people that got there after us that didn't even have an appointment. I felt like it was a racist thing, knowing that i was the only black person on there with my mom and they didn't even call us back EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 4:30 So we left at 6 o'clock Worst experience i have ever had at a signature nails and spa. Never again
I'm a guy and I find it really intimidating to walk into a nail salon. But everyone here was super nice and showed me to a chair right away. There was no weirdness. I'd go back any time.
They do such an amazing job. The people are friendly and they take care of you.
Every time I make an appointment I end up having to wait an extra 30-45 min. The owner is very rude, then by the time they finally get around to doing my nails they end up leaving to do someone else or do someone's eyebrows "real quick." I've shown up an hour and a half before closing and the owner told me he wouldn't let his staff stay late for just one person and refused to do my nails. I used to love going here but they don't take their time anymore and aren't worth my business.

Getting my nails redone , I always get them done every two weeks, they always do what I like and they're very friendly.
Very professional, clean and friendly. All the technicians are extremely skilled and creative.
