Dr Zang is the sweetest , most caring and most professional doctor
I don’t think I’ve ever had this much of comfort and trust at any other medical office. Doctors and front staff are always so respectful, caring, and efficient. Thank you so much and please keep doing what you are doing!
Nice, clean office space and both the office staff and Dr. Julie Zang were wonderful! My only complaint was the long wait I had before I was seen - possibly because I was a new patient and also because of the 4-5+ patients that were in front of me. In my case I came into the office at around 12:40 PM to check in for my 1 PM appointment and I didn’t get seen until about 1:49 PM. Other than the long wait I had, I had a good overall experience with the doctor and her staff!
The medical staff including the PA (Jennifer Sam)who saw me were very professional and accommodating - had a last minute emergency visit which they accommodated me with. They quickly determine the root cause of my skin ailment and prescribed the meds to help me get it resolve. Wait time was minimal as well and the visit was all in all very pleasant experience.
I’ve been coming to this dermatology practice for a few years now for acne and keloid treatment, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the front desk staff to the clinical team in the back, everyone is consistently kind, welcoming, and supportive. The doctors and PAs are extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to explain treatment options clearly. I’ve felt genuinely cared for every step of the way, and the results have been great. So grateful to have found a team I trust.
