No one is ever in the office , but yet harass tenants with text and calls about a strange noise that came from your place at any hr of the night ! Will have favored Tennants film you ( harrass) Tennant that are not liked for some odd discrimination reason ! The prof is the place that the Tennant was put in with set up damages never fixed so they can be charged for it . My daughter was moved into an unpainted damaged appartment . And even though she asked for those things to be remedied, she is still waiting after 6 months ! ... read more

They are nice and bend over backwards for tenants. Just be patient and don't yell at them. They will work with you.
They let drug addicts live by us for two months! They knew they were drug addicts. When I would put in a request for maintenance they would not get back to me even when they said they would be back to fix things. Or they make excuses saying they are not in alamosa so it's like they forget. I was on the side where the sun don't hit. It is ugly on the inside and so dark I didn't like it, I would have to turn my lights on during her day.. Maybe you will luck out and get the side where the sun hits.
