Car purchaser Dave Metry was a great salesman from beginning to end. He answered all questions and bent over backwards to make our experience better. He has a good concept of treating the customer how he would like to be treated.
Shady and dishonest This place is awful. From sales to financing to customer service. Just awful. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere. Nothing but clowns here.

BAD SERVICE I was at the dealership today working on a deal for a new Toyota Rav4 with John who was a great sales person. When I looked out and seen 3 guys getting into my car to drive off for an "appraisal" without asking or even saying they were going to drive my car which is a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Helpful and friendly We went to look at and drive a Toyota Sequoia. We knew going in that we were LOOKING and not BUYING and told Sam (our salesman) the same. Sam was great, we tried the Sequoia, then he put us in a 4Runner for my wife to see if the smaller SUV would work for her. Sam never pressured us, and even told us he would be on the lookout for THE Sequoia that would be perfect for my wife. He has even called to let us know that he is still looking for us. Carol H I have used this dealership since 2019. The service advisors have been knowledgeable and helpful. I had one emergency service in 2020 they handled same day. I like the efficiency and level of knowledge; I used Scott McKinney the last two services. I will continue with this dealership.
