Mister Servicing of the vehicle was done in a short time which made it nice since I waited for it. Waiting room area is very clean & professional looking. Future servicing needs were explained to me along with the cost. I have always received excellent treatment from anyone I have come in contact with at Sierra Toyota over the past 11 years since I purchased the vehicle there.

Great job! Super courteous and helpful. We had a 1:00 appointment, but waited (10 min.) in our car before I got out of the car to find somebody to help us. A woman inside said, "Someone will help you. Just wait in your car." Finally a gentleman came out of the garage to ask us if we had been helped. I said that a lot of people have passed but no one has acknowledged us. Once I met with service rep, everything went smoothly.
Revier of service to my car on Friday, December 4. I was close to my 5,000 mile checkup, and after discovering that I had to leave town the next day, I brought, my car in for service. Although I did not have an appointment, and although service was really busy, after telling Chanin Yescas, my advisor, my predicament, she had my car serviced and got me out in a timely manner. Being the busy person that I am, that was truly appreciated. I commend Sierra Toyota for having such caring people on staff.
