Sean in service dept. has great customer service Sean my service provider has outstanding customer service. He always clearly answers all my car questions and makes sure I know what services are needed for my car. He tries to make the service wait time as quick as possible and goes out of his way to be as helpful as possible. That is why I am a return customer.
My 11/4/15 Visit To Sierra Toyota Went in for a repair without an appointment. Came out with repair work done and I was able to get a 20/30K mile maintenance on my car as well - in a timely manner.
Service-great, sales-lacking Wanted to buy locally. My salesman put NO Zero effort into find the car I wanted, So I found one myself by using the internet. Guess your sales person wasn't to hungry for a sale.
Oil Change When Nissan does your oil change they ask you if you want your car washed, and I expect the same or better from Toyota but I was disappointed.

Retired The only lady service rep was the best! She was very helpful and concerned about my issues with my 2008 Toyota Corolla! She was very personable and thoughtful! She definitely is a people person!
Servicing my Corolla I got in and they had said it could be up to 2 hrs. They were very busy. But my car was finished ahead of estimated time... Service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful.
