oil change Always excellent service.Never wait very long and always have coffee in morning and nice seating area. Very professional people working there and would be extra helpful. They offer shuttle service if there is a big job to do on the car or if you don't have a ride. They get the work done in a timely matter.

See Jose in service! I only go there because of Jose in service. He is awesome, very friendly and always explains what needs to be done. He has been my service advisor for over 13 years and he's trustworthy. I'm a bit disappointed that they don't wash the vehicle anymore. Especially since it cost a little more to have service there. They also stopped providing water bottles in the lobby but they finally opened up a place to eat again. Great considering I'm there for 3 hours sometimes. Survey Great customer service. Jose is always willing to accommodate my schedule to Toyota's open appointments. They are always prompt and friendly.
15,000 mile service dropped off my vehicle in the early morning....was called approximately 2.5 hours later that it was ready for pickup....a few days later when having a front tire repaired another shop found balance weights had fallen off and the tire needed balancing...coincidence?
service department There service department is so slow the only reason I come here is so my warranty doesn't get voided, or else I would be doing it my self . I've been here 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and I just ask if they were almost done. I was told they haven't even started.
