BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! CROOKED, DISHONEST PEOPLE HERE! They sold me a used 2010 ford flex, and the engine seized before I even got it home. They "generously" replaced the engine with a rebuilt/ used piece of crap, and told me they were also replacing the turbocharger. Had my car nearly 2 months claiming the reason was that they were waiting on the turbocharger to come in. Of course, when i started complaining, my car was ready within days. Well, it seems "Fred" saw the Yelp report I posted for @sierrachryslerdodge as I was picking up my truck. I think I was threatened. Fred, as he was delivering my truck, said: "be careful,l be very careful." I don't know if he sabotaged my truck, so I took my truck to my mechanic to investigate. I'm now waiting for the police to show up to make a report.
Ramy was patient and listened to my needs and there was never any pressure to buy. His customer service was outstanding. We will definitely come back to see him.
Franco is the best homie ever he really is straight up with you and gives you the best deal. My experience here was really neat and decent the workers have a lot of patience everything went nice and smooth I told the manager what I wanted and he delivered I recommend this place and when you come see Franco he will take care of you !
