I have had NOTHING but ISSUES with my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon NOT ONLY have I had ISSUES with the VEHICLE but as well with there CUSTOMER SERVICE. The 1st ISSUE was the DAY RIGHT AFTER the CHECK ENGINE came on and the vehicle dashboard was ask for a MAINTENANCE CHECK, OIL CHANGE. I was DISAPPOINTED practically IMMEDIATELY . My 2nd ISSUE was getting a CARFAX a simple print out took them a WHOLE WEEK in which I request before my purchase. After MULITPLE calls, I had to returned to the Dealer and get a print out. I recently purchased my 2016 Hellcat Challenger from this location. My salesman, Ramy, is the best! He was patient with the 1,000,001 questions that I had for him. I purchased my 2014 Jeep Cherokee from here. Buying the vehicle was a breeze but bringing it in for issues was a complete and utter mess. They have the worst customer service in service department. I was almost turned away for an issue that if I would have driven off the lot with would have had devastating repercussions.
