This is my first time purchasing from Sierra Chrysler. I worked with Cristian, and he made the whole process very easy. I bought a used Fiat 500e and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I've also leased 3 Honda's from Sierra Honda. Any of the Sierra locations are wonderful to deal with, their staff is friendly and not at all pushy like normal dealerships. I highly recommend purchasing a car from any of their locations.

Since we bought our Jeep on 4/12/2016 we have been pleased with the service received at Sierra Jeep. We have dealt with several other dealerships in Los Angeles and because of the way things have been handled at Sierra Jeep, we chose to return when picking a new vehicle. We felt Rami was up front and honest with us when purchasing our new car. We prefer working with Rami because he knows us yet all the sales staff have treated us well Go see Rami for your next purchase.

Not happy with several things that happened in the service dept today!!!
I came in with a friend and he was not finding what he wanted. I suggested that we go to Sierra Chrysler. We walked in a spoke with Harold Johnson. He was very informative and answered all questions he had. He walked out with a new Jeep. He is a very happy person.
