I had a terrible experience with this clinic – I would avoid it at all costs. They booked my annual check-up with a nurse, then billed me incorrectly, leaving me to pay for it. When I called (several times) to sort it out, they refused to help—just kept bouncing me from one department to another, from one answering machine to the next. I spent two hours on the phone trying to fix a mistake made by the billing department and the nurse, and felt like a person with zero rights up against the power of a big corporation.
Dr.Riddle was mostly nice , although she told me there was nothing I could do or take for my IBS-M , her exact words were “Sucks to be you” and she said it multiple times. She also never called in my prescriptions for my thyroid medication which I can’t go without, she did call in an inhaler which I did not even need , but my other three scripts that I have to take I had to call 3 times to get them filled . John Sisneros , PA-C was completely useless, wouldn’t even listen to me about the medication I needed changed, then pretty much ignored me when I told him about my sore throat fever and cough. If I didn’t absolutely have to take a medication daily I would have walked out . Everyone else was great but he was literally useless just changing my medication from levothyroxine to Synthroid which is just the non generic form of the same medicine, I have never done well on it and take armor or np thyroid, but he refused to change it... read more
This is the worst hospital and healthcare experience I have ever had in my entire life. In the most vulnerable of times, I feel like I am begging for care, human-ness and general kindness. I am sad that I have experienced this, and really hope that something changes.
The phone number doesn’t work, it rings and then gives you this god awful airplane take off sounds instead of being connected to a nurse about results I was supposed to have 3 days ago
