I’ve sent in SO MANY appointment request and they never get back to you. It’s been about a month since I sent the last one in and I’ve heard NOTHING back. Everytime I have gone in for an appointment they pretty much just blow you off and don’t really listen to any health concern you have. Wouldn’t recommend any doctor’s office in the SLV/valley wide health systems. Worst care!! Seems like all the workers hate their jobs?!
I have sent in at least 10 appointment requests and while it says they will get back to you in 2 days, it has been well over a week since I put in my first request. I send in multiple requests to each doctor (because they have the most ridiculously pointless convoluted system) Nothing back from any of them. I had a terrible experience with this clinic – I would avoid it at all costs. They booked my annual check-up with a nurse, then billed me incorrectly, leaving me to pay for it. When I called (several times) to sort it out, they refused to help—just kept bouncing me from one department to another, from one answering machine to the next. I spent two hours on the phone trying to fix a mistake made by the billing department and the nurse, and felt like a person with zero rights up against the power of a big corporation.
Dr.Riddle was mostly nice , although she told me there was nothing I could do or take for my IBS-M , her exact words were “Sucks to be you” and she said it multiple times. She also never called in my prescriptions for my thyroid medication which I can’t go without, she did call in an inhaler which I did not even need , but my other three scripts that I have to take I had to call 3 times to get them filled .
