The place is shitty !! They have no parking for my car , the ones they do have available is too small and my car don't fit , they keep talking about a waiting list for parking. The dryers are OLD and doesn't work good at all , clothes still wet after drying I have to dry 3 cycles just to get them fully dried . I've only been here for 1 month and already wanna move and hate it here !!!
Great upgrades really good ppl a nice place to live.
The maintenance hardly ever fixed anything. The Office staff changed 3+ times in the 8 months I lives there. They screwed me for 300$ when I moved out. The pool and gym hours suck. Normal people work during the hours it was open and so my family only was able to go to the pool once while we lived there. My car got ramsacked twice while I lived there. The empty unit next ro me got broken into and damaged and i was nearly robbed in the unlit parking lot one am as i was leaving for work. This place IS NOT worth the rent amount.... read more
We have had our up and downs as well. Last night July 19, 2015 my vehicle was tampered with via the key socket not broken into but definitely has to be changed. Be on the look out for your vehicle. This is the first time in five years of being here please do not let a new string of break ins occur.
The area is littered with dog poop and if is rare people pick up. Also there is trash behind apartments which is not picked up for weeks or months. Trash area is overflowing and disgusting . Look around here before you rent ! Walk behind and around and look for dog poop.I pick up all dog poop around the building I am in. It is very frustrating . My car has also been burglarized 2 times here infirst 2 months.Once at vet emergency clinic near here. No one cares. It is my fault for not complaining more and I should take picture... read more
Been here just a few weeks and LOVE IT! Things get DONE and the gals in the office are DA BOMB! Love seeing security during the day and night too. Awesome apartment and the price is great too! Looking forward to staying for a long time at this rate. Great job Sienna Park and management.
I hate this place! NEVER EVER make the mistake I did & move here I can't even give you one positive!
