Recommendedthey have been so helpful since the start of the craziness of covid. they have helps alot of us with not just paying rent with payment plains but also with links to get help from other programs for power and other things that we may need help with. I can say I have been here for over 5 years and not many apts company's can say the same

My husband and I have been living here 3 years now. The office staff is amazing. All maintenance requests are handled promptly and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is beautiful, nice little playground for the kids, and wood burning fireplaces!! We couldn’t be happier. Can’t say enough good things!!
This place is under new management and it shows. The apartments are nice and close to shopping, restaurants and freeways. It's also family and pet friendly. It's a nice place to live.
Discrimination, racial profiling against any non white person. They assumed I was white so was treated one way when I entered into my lease. Once they found out my kids and grandkids were not white. I have felt targeted. My kids feel harassed.. you pay 1600 a month and expect to feel safe and for your children to feel safe especially by the persons overseeing the property but I now we feel targeted from the moment we step out of the apartment.
