In the last two days the management removed a barn swallow nest from near our apartment which is illegal (Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918).
Worst place you could possibly rent. They say their pet friendly but TWICE since living here for a year they will leave a note on your door stating they are doing inspections of whatever sort and your dog needs to be crated or out and they will not tell you a date or time so you can arrange that. I have a 5 day span they are stating they may enter and my service dog needs to be crated or gone. so unless you want to end up paying a months rent in pet care for a week I would not suggest moving here. Worst place ever. We are currently stuck in a one year lease. We have only lived here for 5 months amd so far the management has over charged us over 200 dollars each month for the last three months. And we were also living about 4 doors away from a murder within the complex. And my upstairs neoghbors have yet to pay their pet deposit but yet we get fined for not paying one amd we don't even have a pet. And they got rid of the drop box but wont tell anyone for another month or so. Completely disorganized and rude staff.
I LOVE LIVING HERE THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ARE GOOD PEOPLE . I HAVE HAD SOMETHING THINGS HAPPEN BUT NOTHING THAT DID NOT GET TAKIN CARE OF ,THEY HAVE DONE A LOT TO MAKE THE PLACE LOOK NICE OVER THE PAST YEAR. CJ WHO IS AMAZING LADY AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE VERY CARING IF U LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON THEY ARE THEIR FOR U .SOMETIMES U JUST NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM LIKE THEY ARE HUMAN BEING AND THEY WILL MOVE MOUNTAINS TO TAKE CARE OF U. COME AND SEE TELL THEM DEIDRE SENT U
This place is a true mess save your money and move else were they don't fix shit they pretend to fix it then get mad when you keep comlaining about the problem they change the office people constantly its not worth it
I Am Very Disappointed Myself & My Family Were Moving Out, I Was Unable To Get My Boxes By The 1st Due To Personal Reasons. I Spoke To A Women Sunday Who Told Me She Would Hold My 3 Boxes Full Of ALL My Clothes, One With My Beauty Products (Least.Hundreds.$$.Worth) Not To Mention EVERYONE Of My Photos Most Were Framed & A Few Not Including My Daughters School Pictures & All Of Them Since Birth.. They Threw All Of This Inside The Dumpster Leaving Me With Nothing.
