Heather, was pleasant and did a great job.
I was referred to another Perio practice by my Dentist but had heard good things about Dr Shuman and asked that I go there instead and I could not be happier. They explain everything and give treatment options with the pros and cons and let you decide what is best instead of trying to oversell their services. I highly recommend Dr Shuman's practice!
The hygenist on my last visit was very good. I forget her name at the moment. She did a very professional service.
Talia gave my teeth a great cleaning!. She was pleasant, professional, thorough, and gentle. And it's always nice to see Jackie and Kim. I mixed up my appointment time on Tuesday and they were able to get me in the next day. They were understanding about my mistake. Thank you!
Its a rare event when I can go to a teeth / mouth related appointment without totally stressing myself out. That was not the case yesterday! The staff who worked on me yesterday did a fine job on my teeth and on making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Although conversation was challenging to difficult (on my end) the subjects covered and the music provided kept the anxiety boogie monsters at bay. At the conclusion of my appointment I even felt refreshed versus feeling like I had been run over.
I absolutely love my hygienist for her outstanding skills and care and wonderful personality. The office in general is efficiently run, clean, and modern and I always feel so well cared for.
A friendly and respectful teacher she led me at 80 years old to adopt habits that have restored health to my gums and saved vulnerable teeth without surgery.
Always treated very well; everyone is very professional and friendly. They do amazing work.
I have been seeing Dr Shuman and his team for two years. Excellent care, great people.
