I have a long history of dental problems and Dr Shuman has worked tirelessly to help me deal with treatment options.
I started with Associates in Periodontics around 1992 when I needed gum surgery. I get cleanings 4 times a year, twice a year with AIP and twice a year with my regular dentist, alternating back and forth between the two. Dr. Shuman and the staff are excellent. I always enjoy going, knowing I will get excellent care, have all questions answered, and I appreciate the honesty and friendliness of everyone on the staff. Everyone there stays up to date on best practices. I recommend them highly!
I've been a patient of this practice since 1984 and am so grateful for the initial referral. I can't imagine better care. Everyone on staff is professional, friendly and sensitive to my needs and preferences. I used to be terrified just sitting in a dental chair but I actually look forward to my visits now. I know that I can expect the best and most current treatment. I completely trust Brian Shuman and Associates!

From the moment one arrives at Associates In Periodontics, it is readily apparent that the office is very well run. The front office staff are friendly, efficient and well organized. The wait time is minimal. The clinical staff are professional and knowledgeable, and take time to address and discuss patient concerns. I highly recommend this office.
Always a positive experience at AIP. Terrific staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments always on time. Brian Shuman and all the Doctors, dental assistants and hygienists don't get any better. I've had multiple tooth extractions, implants, gum surgery and cleanings by AIP. I highly recommend AIP for implants and periodontal health needs.

Heather is my dental hygienist and she is excellent. Because Dr Schuman doesn’t do implants anymore I haven’t seen him in awhile. However, he was wonderful when he did do my dental work.
