Outstanding as always. My first experience with Dr. Janu and shew as just wonderful. She was very good at explaining what she was doing and what course of treatment she recommended. Very much appreciated as I am a science geek and always interested in the details of procedures.
I have been a patient at this office before Dr. Shuman joined the practice. He is always attentive, explains the procedures well and follows up with you after a procedure. There has ben some changes in the office this past year but most of the staff has been there for years. the office continues to run smoothly. I always see some old friends when I walk in. They were prompt, polite, and thorough.
I've been visiting Dr. Shuman's practice for more than thirty years, and I think the world of him and the team he's been able to assemble all along. Nobody wants to have to be treated for gum disease, but the Associates in Periodontics make it as comfortable and easy as possible. Now, in 2022, their Covid protocols are excellent, and I feel very safe there.
The staff was very professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The one question I had was the office person had me pay in full, telling me that they did not accept the Blue Cross Blue Shield Advantage plan. It says here that you accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. So i have to question that. Otherwise I would highly recommend Asdocoiates In Periodontis.
