I drive almost 2 hrs. for my appointments and follow-up cleanings. So worth the trips! The dr. is very professional and staff too. Front office assistants are awesome.
My first visit to this office. I'm very impressed. The reservations office was friendly and professional at all times and in all respects, from initial appointment through follow-up planning, referral, and insurance matters. I met with Talia, the hygienist, for my X-rays, which was a very easy and efficient process thanks to her. Excellent in all respects
My last visit was for a cleaning.It was much like all my other appointments over many years. The hygienist did an excellent job as always. One of Dr Shuman’s important abilities is hiring excellent staff.This is important as most of a patient’s time is spent with other members of the staff. Not the periodontist.Dr. Shuman is the best Periodontist in Vermont. As an added bonus. He has a great staff.

Over the years Dr. Shuman has performed various procedures for me, always well explained and done well with no problems.My hygienist has been cleaning my teeth for probably 20 years. She is wonderful. She is very competent and always professional and friendly. She explains things well and I never feel rushed. I wholeheartedly recommend this office!
