Very professional and very personable dentists, hygienists and staff!
Staff is professional, clearly cares about doing the work at the best possible level. Both visits I have overheard techniques in professipnal development being discussed. On a personal care note they have been great as well.
All of the staff were kind, friendly, and informative. Dr. Burns thoughtfully explained his findings and recommendations for future care.
My recent experience at Dr. Shuman's Office, Associates in Periodontics (AIP), was excellent as I've reliably found to be true over the last 10 years. The staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and reflects the low (to no) turn-over of a well run business. The care given is ever considerate of me, my questions and needs. Procedures are clearly explained, and I'm thoughtfully consulted about options. Gotta say, I look forward to my appointments :)
There was a mix up with my cleaning appointment and all the employees involved went above and beyond to accommodate me.
My first visit for an evaluation with Dr Disa. She is very kind and explained everything well. Looking forward to her care now and in the future! Everyone I have had contact with at AIP over the past many years is or has been exceptional. Thank you all so much!
