This office is excellent! My hygienist at this office recently retired after I had been seeing her for probably about 20 years; I was a little nervous about who I would get next as a hygienist, but I couldn’t be happier with the person who replaced her! I saw a new dentist this time not Dr. Shuman, and he also seems very good and very informative.
I had flap surgery in October 2020. From the pre-op appointment, where all aspects of the upcoming surgery were explained, through the procedure, and then post-op visits, I received exceptional care. My surgeon, indeed nurses, office manager, all were amiable, professional, just outstanding. I wish the organization performed additional routine dental procedures, such as crowns, because I would transfer any future dental to this wonderful medical facility without a second thought. It is superior in every way.
Dr. Basali is a talented, skillful and friendly surgeon. I had a bad experience with a different local oral surgeon and was apprehensive about proceeding with anyone. Dr Basali and his team has treated me with individual care, full transparency and a willingness recognize the human aspects of surgeon patient communication. Every procedure was pain free and I had a full understanding of what to expect before during and after every visit
