The workers who removed the old shower/tub and installed the new shower/tub get 5 stars. They took care to be neat and removed and discarded all old materials. They courteously answered questions and took care to ensure that the new plumbing didn't leak. I also appreciated the ease of financing the project at no interest for 1 year and the lifetime warranty on both the products and the labor.The overall experience only rates 3 stars because the new drain could not be connected to the existing drain without leaks. This review is regarding the demolition down to the studs, tear out & removal of the very large old 6.6x4.6x8 tub/shower area. The worker from Shugarmans Bath **** arrived alone to do the job. He was here for more than 8 hours taking only a few of very short breaks. My ********** were extremely impressed with work ethic.
