The entire process was easy. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. **** was very thorough and included us in the decision making. He was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. We appreciated that he was on time, kept everything clean and was flexible.

Shugarmans Bath just completed our master bathroom shower renovation and we love it. The finished product is everything wed hoped it would be, and the installers were all great! There were a couple of small issues with the install, namely some damage to small sections of wallpaper and a little damage to a small section of the finish on our hardwood floor, but ******* and ****** at Shugarmans were very helpful in getting it taken care of and we wouldnt hesitate to use them on our next project.
We had our guest bathroom tub and shower torn out and replaced with a totally new tub and shower. We love our renovated bathroom! The new shower enclosure is so much nicer than the tile it replaced. ****** D the installer from *********** was great! He walked us through the process before beginning and he set to work tearing out all of the old tub and shower components. I could not be happier with my new bath!! Shugarmans has fantastic employees! Fil from sales, ******* and **** who jumped in to solve my change of mind on items and special requests! ****** handled the demo and did it without leaving any mess. Then Chreen and ****** did the install and paid great attention to detail! They are not only true professionals but I never felt like I had a stranger in my house! Chreen made sure everything was just the way I wanted it! She is one very talented installer!!!
