I never got to review this place as a child. I spent many years with the Shriners and because of them I'm able to walk. They took such great care of me. I will always recommend this place to anyone with a child that needs the care. They not only were amazing to my mother and I but they treated us like family and I'll never forget that. I just felt the need to send a positive review. Thank you for the amazing staff that took care of me many years ago!
Getting an appointment for ENT consult was pretty quick via a VA referral. Under 3wks. However that’s where that speed stopped. Have been waiting for nearly 4months for an allergy panel, so they can schedule a sinus polypectomy. Which was discovered on initial appointment. Thought the Va was slow, Shriners has whole new definition/realm of slow. Will revamp this review after final outcome of treatment probably in 2028
Our family has had several appointments at this facility. The location is easy to get to and parking is on site and plentiful. While it is a busy location wait times have been reasonable. Staff and doctors are friendly and services have been excellent each time. Facility is clean and seems up to date. Overall a good place for specialized care.
