I have been calling at least 5 times if not more to get my son in for another appointment, as I was told to if I had any concerns. It is impossible now to make an appointment. Each time I get told they will call me back, but never have gotten a call back. It’s been at least a month. And the people taking the calls have marked it urgent for me twice, seeing as I have called multiple times. So disappointing and frustrating as I always liked this place.
I never got to review this place as a child. I spent many years with the Shriners and because of them I'm able to walk. They took such great care of me. I will always recommend this place to anyone with a child that needs the care. They not only were amazing to my mother and I but they treated us like family and I'll never forget that. I just felt the need to send a positive review. Thank you for the amazing staff that took care of me many years ago!
Getting an appointment for ENT consult was pretty quick via a VA referral. Under 3wks. However that’s where that speed stopped. Have been waiting for nearly 4months for an allergy panel, so they can schedule a sinus polypectomy. Which was discovered on initial appointment. Thought the Va was slow, Shriners has whole new definition/realm of slow. Will revamp this review after final outcome of treatment probably in 2028
