We stayed in MT Vernon Street in April 2016. The studio was as expected was extremely clean and in a great location for what we needed. Access to the subway was fantastic and having a small shopping area just down the road was was fantastic for getting food as well as a mall nearby for buying anything else that we needed. we were kept busy with the nearby attractions such as bunker hill and the science museum and if we needed to get to downtown boston then it was just a short taxi journey. I stayed at 304 Newbury Street in early September for a concert at Fenway Park. I was VERY pleased at the location of the building - right on Newbury, and we had a unit viewing the street. The unit we had was on the 3rd floor but the stairs were not that bad. I particularly liked the keypad entry into the building and the unit - didn't have to worry about keys. Location was perfect! Never having been to Boston, we got a great feel for the shipping district and brownstones and was about 10 minute walk from our conference at the Copley center and many touristy attractions. Apartment was small but clean, complete with WiFi and digital cable. Would recommend! Only problem we had was at night were woken several times by garbage trucks and unloading from restaurants in area. My sister and I stayed here for 5 days. The location was ideal. Only 2 blocks from the T (Redline), so we were able to walk or take public transit everywhere we wanted to go including to and from the airport. Lots of food and drink nearby - I highly recommend Tatte (Bakery) for breakfast and/or lunch. A very short commute to get to the North End. Our stay at 304 Newbury was perfect in every way! We loved the location and all that it offered and would stay there again!
Lovely location within walking distance to most sights, near to Newbury street lovely shops lots of restaurants, but think we may have chosen short straw as regards our unit. I opted for second floor thinking it would be higher but was in fact on ground floor T top of steps. Room was very dark , very small and small window overlooked alley very disappointing for our first visit to Boston. That said bed comfy bathroom ok ish and great laundry facilities which was godEnd. Think depends which unit you get.
Was in Boston on business and stayed 3 nights. The unit was very convenient to restaurants for dinners out. It was clean. I was somewhat put-out that I was charged $100 for cleaning, yet was instructed to strip the bed prior to departure. It would have been good to at least have coffee for the coffee maker. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at 784 Tremont Street and had an amazing time. It is a very small space, but we didn't plan to do anythign in the space but sleep. It was very clean and accommodated us just fine. Thank you.
I felt so at home in my unit. I definitely reccomend staying here! Such easy check in and out, lovely neighborhood and very comfy. Thank you!!!
