RecommendedWe stayed in 784 Tremont St. Easy check-in/check-out process. Very clean apartment. Apartment had everything: utilities, wifi and TV. TV with lots of channels. Apartment very centrally located in south end with great restaurants nearby. STR were helpful and responded quickly if we needed anything. Overall a nice experience.

I’ve stayed with STRB a few times now. The buildings are absolutely lovely and clean. Smooth check in and check out process. Everyone I’ve interacted with from the company has been incredibly helpful! 5 out of 5!
The place wasn’t clean at all. We contacted the manager and we were told that no one could do anything for us. There was a hole in the window that we had to fix ourselves. We had to rent another place for our second night because it was so dirty. I do not recommend this place. It also has false advertisement as the room we rented was not the same as the photos.
There is no aircondition in the room,i asked two Times to Turn Down the Heat,nothing Happend!the Never clean the room!
I booked Temple place suites at STR via BookingDOTcom since the add stated free cancellation. Immediately after I made the booking, $600 was deducted by STR from my credit card. I cancelled my booking due to their misrepresentation on 24 July and despite various emails and phone calls I have not received my money back.
I love bookingDOTcom and booked with Quarters on DOT Short Term Rentals Boston for 4 nights. I had a schedule flub and they wouldn't waive their cancellation fee - which may be their right - but didn't show any flexibility or courtesy even thought I gave 13 days notice. This was a terrible experience. Not only did they keep my booking fee ($500+) but they said "their system" wouldn't allow me to reinstate my booking and I had to make another booking if i wanted to stay with them. My wife and I stayed in East Broadway to bridge a gap between the sale of our home and our move into a new home. The location was unbeatable as we had lived just a few blocks away in South Boston for the previous three years. The room was clean and well equipped upon arrival. The keyless entry was very convenient, and we loved being even closer to some of our favorite local restaurants. Overall a great stay.
