RecommendedAfter being turned away from local clinics we took our fur baby to Shores. Kind staff. Said goodbye to our schmooshy face but was treated as is it was the only issue they had. Highly recommend!
Amazing staff that are compassionate in our time of need. Christmas Eve we went in with our older sick kitty. They explained all our options and walked us through the process of euthanizing her. Although not what we expected, it was time and could not of asked for a more compassionate place to go.
Always a good experience. Friendly and very thorough. Recommended by my veterinarian since they are closed for the holiday. Staff was so kind a long stay and offered a iPhone charger so I could keep friends and family updated. Happy to report their care helped my kitty and she is eating again. Plus showing signs of being herself.
I highly recommend Shores. The staff was so kind and compassionate as we had to say goodbye to our fur baby. It’s never easy when you have to say goodbye to a much loved family pet. They were a real blessing and if you ever need help it’s the only place to go. Day or night they will be there for you
I am so Thankful on this Thanksgiving for the care and support you have given me and my family (most of them have fur). Oscar was caught in a fox trap with both paws- showed improvement and then went downhill fast. You saved his little leg ❤️ I’m sure of it. After a week, we still have a way to go but he is so much better. Thank you for the care, but thank you more for caring.
everyone here is so sweet. they were so kind to me at *3am* when i had to put down my bunny. they even sent me a little card that everyone in the office signed. this definitely made my grieving a little easier. as a first time pet owner, this was an amazing place for me to bring my bunny, lucky. thank you for everything.
I cannot say enough great things about this er vet! we recieved horrible news, and made the choice to let our girl go. the staff were amazing. the vet took time to explain every option we had, the possible outcomes and even sat with us and reviewed the bloodwork several times. the staff were absolutely amazing, carring and kind. I never want to go through this again but if I ever have another emergency I know this will be the place we will be taking our pet. we also received a hand written sympathy card from them.
The Vet and Staff were very nice and loved Kole's kisses. They took their time with him and explained everything. if you need to need their type of services dont go anywhere else.
Very kind and helped to keep cost down as we said goodbye to our sweet boy. Thank you
