Can not thank the staff enough for seeing our sick guinea pig after 1030p when no other vet in York could due to not having an exotic vet on staff. Sadly she did pass but gave me peace of mind we tried to get her help.
We took our young chocolate lab puppy Duke here this evening, due to what we thought was a paw injury the staff were all great during the stressful episode, turns out Duke is okay & we may have been over dramatic, no real answers as to why he had a crying fit. A++ rating
Our Lucy needed some emergency medical care and Erin and Dr Zippay were the best. Even in this time where I was not allowed in the building I still felt like I was there. ❤️
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PLACE! How could any person in good conscious turn away a pregnant stray cat-UNABLE TO DELIVER HER BABIES!!?! What is wrong with you people ?! Money is the root to all evil!!! I could see if not life threatening, but c’mon this is disgusting and I pray the world shares this and shuts you down!
A few months ago I took my cat here and I really thought it was an ok place and everyone had compassion...But really I had a feeling it was about money...But, thought it was just my fear. But, you proved me right..You were brought a stray who was in the middle of losing her baby..I mean really..You turned her away when she was suffering..You said you could only help if she was paid for..I mean seriously...
The staff at Shores was very patient, informative and took great care of Dixie. Thank you for all you do!
