I called Shores Veterinary clinic because my dog was in the final stages of CHF and could hardly breath they stop surgery so I could bring my beloved dog in to be put down. They were so understanding and pleasant. They even gave me a cute box with his paw print and clips of his hair in a silk bag. They thought of everything when I couldn't. They also sent me a sympathy card and everyone signed it. YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING CLINIC!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN.
So - picture this - July 4th - Saturday - my tiny 3lb Chihuahua, appropriately named Tiny, was struggling. I knew it was time. But it was so sudden! I didn’t schedule anything with my vet. He isn’t in the office, and my little man was just suffering. My vet suggested Shores, and so I called. They said, we are pretty busy but come right away and we will see what we can do. This is the most compassionate, caring group of people you could ever ask for. Had to put my beloved 18 year old cat to sleep. The transition was peaceful and easier on both the cat and I than any I have witnessed before. Make no mistake-it was one of the hardest things for me to do, but I left knowing that I did the right thing for both of us. I left knowing he wasn't afraid or in any pain and we were together till the very end. I would never go anywhere else.
Excellent place to take your pets too! the vet takes time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. Staff is super nice also
I am very pleased with this urgent animal hospital. They were wonderful and their pricing was very fair. I’ll take these guys over the local one any day!
Good for emergencies but a very long wait!
So thankful for the amazing staff at Shores. The care and compassion Dr. Z gave to our sweet girl was so appreciated. They are truly an amazing staff and I can’t thank them enough.
