My pup takes a minute or two to warm up to strangers, but the staff at Shores made us feel extremely comfortable. Not only did the staff communicate clearly, but they also made me laugh while waiting to find out why my pup wasn’t well. He quickly recovered, due to their professional experience. The follow up phone call came across as genuine, expressing real concern to see if he was doing better. I highly recommend taking your pet here.
Shores was my first experience at an emergency center with my dog, Bob. The staff was attentive, caring, and informative. The building was amazing and spotless. I appreciated the referrals they made for us. They even followed up to make sure Bob was doing okay. It was a very comforting experience for what was a stressful time. Thank you Shores! I will go to Shores for all my emergency animal care.
amazing staff and place. I took my cat there to be put to sleep and they were rockstars about it, and comforted me the whole way. Dr. Miller was amazing totally recommend going there

Took our kitty in a few weeks ago, they were the absolute best. They took her back right away, things didn’t look good for her. After a week and surgery they were able to save our Poosie. I highly recommend Shores 💕
Very clean, thorough examination, the Veterinarian and her assistant listened to our concerns.
Our kitty was so sick and they took their time and never rushed us. We ultimately had to put our beloved kitty to sleep and I've never seen such compassion and care that the staff here gave. They even reached out afterwards. Highly recommended!
