We took our youngest lab here in a live or die situation. They not only provided top notch care and saved his life, but they also communicated with us frequently and compassionately. We are eternally grateful for everything they’ve done to save our little Hank.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date on everything going on and were really good about explaining charges before doing anything.
Amazing clinic. My heart was broken this morning and they were so kind and understanding.
Our 13 year old Abby was very sick. The decision was made to aid her in crossing the Rainbow Bridge. This happened a week ago today at 1:30 in the morning. The staff was very considerate and caring. I got to stay with her. And today came a sympathy card for our loss. You folks are a class act! The Delp family thanks you!!
We took our Cockapoo, Bailey, here after a vet we visited(not our normal vet) didnt properly address an issue she had which continued to get worse. They did an AMAZING job. Between an easy check in progress, to keeping us updated on her progress since she had to stay overnight, everything was beyond what i expected! I will forever be grateful to them for helping us, immediately recognizing the problem, and most of all getting our girl on the road to recovery! Thank you Shores!
The doctors and staff at Shores are awesome!! I have had two experiences here in the year; both times with the same dog. The doctors and staff were so patient with my pup and her human (me)!! They take the time to fully explain everything and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Shores for your emergency pet needs!
Absolutely horrible experience. Took one scan and told me my dog (8 years old at the time) was going to die within the next 48 hours. Recommended I put her to sleep on the spot. I chose not to and instead took her home to spoil her rotten for her “final few days”. This was two years ago...MY DOG IS STILL ALIVE AND THRIVING!!!! Totally untrustworthy people and a second opinion elsewhere was all we needed to keep my pup going for years. I don’t trust them and would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give zero stars.
