RecommendedThis place is amazing. I just took my female Jack Russell Terrier Bailey there last night because she wasn't doing well at all. The place is beautiful and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and informative. They do everything possible to make you and your pet comfortable. They got to the bottom of what was wrong with Bailey and prescribed all the necessary medications. Everybody there loved Bailey and Bailey loved all of them and that tells me that they truly care.
Our experience today was phenomenal. The veterinarian was compassionate and knowledgeable. The facility was inviting and conducive to animal comfort.
Came in for a trip to see family with our pet. He hadn’t been feeling well for about 2 weeks and was acutely worse while we were there. Brought him in for evaluation and we’re seen by Dr. Miller. Unfortunately the exam and work up did not reveal good news, and we had to make the very difficult decision to put our dog down. Dr. Miller and the staff were incredible with us through this awful and somewhat unexpected situation. They provide thorough & excellent care. Although this is an ER clinic, you never feel like a number. Dr Miller is wonderful; truly a gift to her profession. We're so grateful for this clinic & the services they provide.
We came home late one night to find out that our oldest cat couldn’t use his back legs. We called and were instructed to bring him fast. When my parents got there they took him back ASAP. Unfortunately he had to be put down 😔 My mother was devastated, but the staff there were amazing, kind, and patient. They got to say goodbye to him before he was put down, and received a piece of his fur and a paw print. He was put in a nice box with a sweet quote on top, to be taken home and buried. Our Choncho is epileptic and we took him there. They took him back immediately, and were so kind and caring to our boy. Annette at the front desk was extremely friendly and seemed more like a friend than a staff member. The plus side was that shores was only 15 minutes from our home!
Such an amazing facility to have 24hours. I am so thankful for them and the staff who are so kind to our pets. It is a beautiful facility and Dr Zippay is so amazing and kind. I can’t say enough about how lucky we are to have this facility for our pets.
