This place was great! Was very relieved to see the experienced, well reputable Dr.Zippay walk in the exam room. Wait was also not terrible for a Saturday night and the office is lovely. Price was about what was expected, nothing outrageous. Will be new go to in an emergency! 🐾💕
Thank you to the staff of Shores during a difficult time with my cat Norman. Even though I was unable to bring Norm home, the staff was friendly and patient with me. I recommend them during any animal emergency. Thank you again.
I’ve never had such a bad experience in my whole life. Please don’t take your pets there. I’ve had several friends also go and they recommend you put your pet down. Completely bogus diagnosis. Dr. Samantha Slenbaker should have her license revoked.
I had to take my 17 year old cat, Lenny here at 4:00 am on March 6th. He was going into cardiac arrest and unfortunately I had to put him down. He passed away peacefully in my arms. The employees at Shores were so incredibly nice, helpful and compassionate. They made this horrible situation somewhat peaceful for both me and Lenny. I will never forget their hospitality and kindness.
