Last night my dog had some issues with her pregnancy and we were referred to this group. I cant even explain how amazing they all were. The staff was so caring and compassionate. We stayed for a little over 6 hours and Dr Zippay, Storm, and the rest of the staff were so gentle with Tali. I couldn't as for better care for my baby they were able to save the first two puppies who got stuck, I can honestly say I could not have done what they did and am so glad we ended up with them. thank you so much from all of us.
THANKS SO MUCH to Dr Miller and staff for taking amazing care of my two year old kitty, Wolfie, last week. Not only did we have top notch care that night but we received a follow-up call to see how he was doing and a report was sent to our primary vet. Prices were reasonable for after hours/emergency care. It's wonderful having Shores' doctors available to care for our furbabies. Wolfie and I highly recommend Shores! �
I wanted to say how great my experience was tonight when I had to take my dog in to be seen. I have been to other emergency clinics in the area and this by far was my best experience. The staff is all super friendly and knowledgable. When it came time for treatment options the vet did not recommend any unnecessary tests and I walked out of there confident knowing my dog had been in good hands. The facility is amazing. If any pet owners are in need of emergency care for their pets I highly recommend them! :)
What a wonderful way to start 2018! Thank you to Dr. Miller, Mandy and Mikki for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Athena!!! She is always nervous in new situations and they did their best to make us both comfortable. No one wants to have a reason to take their pet to the emergency vet, but I am so thankful Shores Veterinary Emergency Center was there when we needed them!!!
Excellent caring staff. Dr. Miller was great with our cat and exceptionally knowledgeable and steaightforward. From the great front desk staff, Micki, to the vet tech Tonia, fantastic experience.
Awesome place. On new years eve we had to take Lola our 6 year old golden in for stomach torsion. When we arrived about 11:30 the staff was waiting for us and quickly had her xrayed and prepped for surgery. The doctor and staff explained everything along with all the risks and realities. By 2:30 she was out of surgery and we were able to see her at three before we left. So far it looks like she will recover. I can't give a higher recommendation. The office was nice and the staff awesome.
Yellow lab and sled collision left our Bella with a sprained ankle. I stumbled upon this new ER and couldn't have been more impressed. The staff are all super sweet and took amazing care of our fur-baby. We were in and out in under an hour. Thank you Mikki, Missy and Dr. Moser for a great experience during a stressful time!
Great people providing a great service. Everyone is very friendly and professional. If an emergency arises and you are in need of an emergency veterinarian then I highly recommend Shores Veterinary Emergency Center.
Beautiful, state of the art facility with wonderfully knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Wait time was nothing at all! Our new go to Animal ER.
