Had an unexpected visit here with Cash our 11 month old grand dog on Sunday night. Everyone was so professional and caring. They checked on us frequently, didn't do unnecessary testing , and truly were genuinely concerned about him. He had to stay overnight and whenever I called to check on him the docs and staff were great. When we went to pick him up last night he didn't want to get in the car he wanted to go back inside!!! Unfortunately needed an emergency appointment for our 3 lb dog after midnight...we were referred to Shores via our regular vet after-hours voicemail so we called. Everything was amazing starting with the girl that answered the phone and kept me calm, we were there within 45 minutes, seen immediately, all staff friendly, knowledgeable, patient, thorough....everything!! Facility is bright and clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to take my pets back. So comforting to know that these guys are available in the wee hours of the night.

Called my Vet and they recommended that I take my pup to Shores in Harrisburg. Never even knew about this place until tonight! When I called the lady was very nice and said to come right in. When I arrived the staff was super nice and caring. I didn’t realize that today was the first day they were opened but I’m so glad that they are here!!!
