We took our dog there yesterday and we were very pleased with the care we received for her. The staff and Dr. Pryor were fabulous! We strongly recommend Shores!
The staff at shores is hands down amazing! They helped our little boy feel so much better! They allowed us to call and check on him whenever we wanted and were happy to answer any questions we had! We highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else if we have another emergency! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Zion and the Edkin family!
Had a late night visit with my foster dog "Babe Ruth" last evening for some belly issues. EVERYONE was super professional, caring, checked up on us multiple times and explained everything in detail!!! Dr. Moser, Sara, Mandi and Mickey were all amazing!!! The rooms were all clean and smelled great! When i picked up Babe in the morning he was feeling much better and excited to see me. This hospital is every pet owners dream during an emergency. From the caring, attentive receptionist, to the hardworking, skilled technicians, and the top notch veterinarians. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else. You know you’re in good hands with shores.
I was really impressed with the care we received here. My elder kitty's issue turned out not to be an emergency, but if further care had been needed, I would have been confident in my choice to take her to Shores. Dr. Moser and the techs were really great!
Such an amazing place, the staff is so professional and caring. On Christmas Eve my little kitten Spotterfly's abdominal stitches from neuter surgery had broken and had become infected! They took my little man in and fixed him right up! There was no long wait, and as I said before the staff was just amazing! Also the cost was not bad at all for an emergency situation. We needed to have our 3 year old dog seen last night, January 3rd.. we called and were greeted by a very nice lady who directed to come asap. The building is beautiful and clean.. everyone could not have been any nicer and accommodating.. constantly checking on our pup and us to make sure we were ok! Dr.Zippay was so sweet and really listened to us and took her time! She figured out what the problem was and never tried to push unnecessary tests and procedures!
