They are very good with my yorkie! All vets are very pleasant. Minimal wait time.

I took my dog to this facility as an emergency as his regular veterinarian was closed. I couldn't be happier and feel blessed to have found this place. Dr. Sarah Moser, the technician and front desk were extremely compassionate with my dog. My dog was in pain; hence, he was very defensive to the point of biting. We put a muzzle on him and the nurse embraced him immediately on her arms and was very attentive and gentle with him. I would definitely return again.
I found a stray kitten under my parents trailer. I knew it was in bad shape. I saw Dr. Moser and she was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions, even the hard ones and helped me make the best decision. I highly recommend her and woukd not hesitate to go bad if I needed emergency services for my fur kids. <3
On Thursday evening we had to visit Shores with our sweet bulldog Tucker Boy. He was having trouble breathing. When we arrived they took our boy back right away. Within a few minutes Dr. Zippay came out to give us an update and plan of care. We went home and left Tucker in their care. We knew he was in good hands. We received a call shortly after midnight that he was not doing well and should come in. Unfortunately our sweet boy didn't make it. Shores took such good care of our Sienna and put her to sleep with such compassion that I was truly touched. Even more a few days later we got a condolence card from everyone there and it really touched our hearts. And made us cry again. Lol. They are real professionals and real caring human beings. I won’t soon forget how they treated me and my old girl.
Thank you for seeing our rabbit� No other hospitals had an exotic vet on this evening. Our family is very grateful for the care you provided Callie Bunny.
