RecommendedWe had a great experience at Shores tonight. The staff (front desk, nurses, and doctor) were all so sweet and caring. They checked on us regularly during the wait, didn't provide any treatment or testing that wasn't necessary, and provided lots of clear and detailed information about all treatment options and after care. The only down side was the wait (we were there for about 2.5 hours total, and it took over 2 hours to see the doctor), but that's understandable for an emergency center.

Great staff! Everyone was very helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend this place.
they have hearts n don't see money signs n always doing whats best for your animals n you! they worked with me n there trying to save my puppy n he's doing great n I can call anytime n they where there! Highly recommend them!
Shores cares more about getting paid then the animals they care for.
